HELLOTHERE!

Thanks for visiting! I'm Helen, Founder of Rock Me Momma. I wanted to share with you a little about why I founded Rock Me Momma.

I setup Rock Me Momma after my son Ryan was born. During pregnancy I went to antenatal classes but for some reason it didn't cover the fourth trimester.  Thankfully, a few weeks before birth, my Bex mate sat me down (via Zoom) and told me all about what to expect in the weeks after birth. 

I am so glad she did! The info helped me prepare and learn about all the things that would come in handy, but I never even knew existed.

I'm really excited to share our awesome collection of pregnancy and post birth recovery products with you.
