SHIPPING POLICY

***FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £100 ***

 

We are processing all orders daily and dispatching your order promptly using Royal Mail or our Courier Service. 

 

If your order is a gift, and you would like a special message included for the recipient, please let us know in the notes when you checkout and we will add that for you.

Christmas Delivery Cutoff Times

  • Standard Delivery - order by 5pm 20th Dec​

  • Express Delivery - order by 5pm 21st Dec (express delivery charge of £6.99 applies)

Delivery Charges

  • UK free Standard Delivery - orders over £100 are delivered free of charge

  • UK orders below £100 are charged at a flat rate of £3.95

  • Express Delivery is charged at £6.99

  • When there is an offer in place for free postage, this will be sent using 2nd class Royal Mail

If you require a next day delivery service or a signed for service please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.

Standard Delivery - Once you have placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and send it to you within 3-5 working days (often much sooner). We post using Royal Mail 2nd Class for smaller items and a courier service for larger items.
 

Express Delivery - choose this option if you need your order quickly. This is a courier service and your order will be sent within two working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact contact@rockmemomma.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund.

 

The order will need to be returned to us in the condition it was received and in an unopened and unused state, within 14 days of your request for a refund. Your item must be in the original packaging.

It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us and pay for the postage. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage when returning your items, or using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery. 

 

Rock Me Momma cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned, and will not be able to issue a refund until the items have been received.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

We understand that sometimes items can get damaged in the post or may be faulty. Please take a photos of the products and notify us via email at contact@rockmemomma.com

​

We will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible.
