Rock Me Momma was created by founder Helen after she was pregnant with her little boy Ryan. It was only then that she realised the toll that pregnancy can take on the body and how few products are out there to make pregnancy and recovery that little bit easier. From this she set off on a mission to improve pregnancy wellness and postnatal recovery for women everywhere!
